The Cattaraugus APEX Accelerator (CattAPEX) assists New York State businesses located in Allegany, Broome, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Erie, Madison, Niagara, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties to compete successfully for Federal, state and local Government contracts as well as related subcontracts.
